I had an amazing experience at Manseikaku in Noboribetsu. The hotel is conveniently located right across the bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite on the top floor. The onsen facilities were fantastic and not too crowded, and the staff even recommended time slots for the onsen to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel being very busy, the restaurant service was smooth and the buffet options were delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to our dietary restrictions as Muslim travelers. The chef personally showed us the dishes we could eat and even prepared a set of vegetarian meals for us. we had a great value for money and an amazing experience of Japanese cuisine and ryokan stay at Manseikaku.
Nothing, it is perfect! ✨

Perfect location
There are some bugs from outside flying into the room. That made us feel nervous because the bugs were flying back and forth in the room.

A 1-minute walk from Noboribetsu Onsen Bus Terminal. Indoor pool, hot-spring baths, and restaurants. Thoughtful service and modern architecture. Great nature views.
Who needs coin laundry or toner in an onsen hotel? Windows not double glazed, so I had to endure natural light.

We celebrated New Year's at a hotel, and we received two wonderful complimentary gifts. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the city's main attractions and transportation. we enjoyed the stunning views from our room.
There were several negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. the hotel's facilities were outdated and in need of renovation.

Very convienence; it's just across the bus terminal and within walking distances to all attractions. We booked a 2-bed western room and was adviced told that it's little small for 3. They offered us a Japanese tatami room which is spacious that can sleep 5. They charged us for the 3rd pax (very reasonable). The indoor onsen is large and nice. We skipped the outdoor onsen as the temperature is too cold for us. We were also told that the water there is higher than that of the indoor pool which is already at our peak tolerance. The included dinner and breakfast buffet has a wide spread and good. We tried many local Japanese dishes. If we go back to Noboribetsu, Manseikaku is our top choice.

This hotel is a true gem! Its location couldn't be more perfect, right in front of the bus station and just minutes away from the popular attractions. I loved how convenient it was to explore the area. Plus, the onsen was an absolute treat. I soaked in the hot pool and even enjoyed the outdoor pool during my stay. The facilities at the public bath were impeccable, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a nice spread of delicious options to start my day off right. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

During our stay, we were impressed with the hotel's excellent services. The staff was extremely hospitable and provided us with umbrellas to shelter us from the rain. Moreover, this hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal and close to the city's sightseeing attractions. We also appreciated the multilingual staff that spoke English. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with impressive cleanliness. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes with both Japanese and Western flavors.
All was good.

I recently stayed at Manseikaku in Noboribetsu for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of Jigokudani and the Bear Park. The meals provided a variety of options, and I was especially intrigued by the balloon tofu dish. The spacious and comfortable room, separate toilet and bathroom, and the availability of non-smoking rooms were all great features. the hotel's public facilities, such as the outdoor Onsen and mini Japanese game room, were a nice touch. The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Relaxing soak in indoor/outdoor hot springs, followed by a delightful dinner in a comfortable kimono. The Japanese bed-on-tatami provided a cozy retreat. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have no complaint to the price and the hotel as it is not expensive to stay there for one night with hot spring and two buffets.
It is good if the hotel could provide free shuttle service to theme parks and train station as the schedule of city transportation is not frequent and not convenient. When compared with staff from other hotels, I suggest the staff there could learn a little bit more English in order to improve communication with foreign customers.

The hot spring is enjoyable. The breakfast spread is marvelous. Location wise is very convenient as it is directly opposite the bus terminal. It is within walking distance to the bear Park and Hell Valley. The price is too expensive, the hotel provides only 3 big towels for bathing & 3 small towels for hot spring use. There is no pouch carrier for hot spring use, but the basic necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, comb & hair dryer can be found at the onsen changing room. Best regards Anne
